Withdrawal right for consumers
As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the vehicle.
To exercise the right, inform us by unambiguous statement (letter or email to info@autodriverama.com).
Consequences
We shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, via the escrow agent Kanzlei Treuhand Düsseldorf using the same means of payment.
Note on the 48-hour acceptance window
The contractual 48-hour test-and-accept window is in addition to and does not limit your statutory withdrawal right.
