What we process
- Contact data (name, email, phone) when you send an enquiry or place an order.
- Address data for contract and delivery.
- Identity documents uploaded during checkout — processed solely for legally required identity verification (anti-money-laundering), stored access-restricted and deleted after the statutory retention period.
- Payment references — payment itself goes to the independent escrow account of Kanzlei Treuhand Düsseldorf; we never receive your funds.
