1. Scope
These terms govern all vehicle sales by DRIVERAMA ("the dealer") through this platform.
2. Vehicles
All vehicles originate from bank and leasing repossessions. Each vehicle is sold with an independent inspection report (DEKRA). Descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge.
3. Conclusion of contract
An order ("Buy now" or accepted offer) constitutes a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when the dealer confirms in writing after identity verification.
4. Payment — lawyer escrow
The full purchase price is paid exclusively into the escrow account administered by Kanzlei Treuhand Düsseldorf (IBAN: ESCROW IBAN — set from admin). The dealer never receives funds directly. The escrow agent releases payment to the dealer only after the buyer accepts the vehicle.
5. Delivery & acceptance window
Free delivery within the EU, typically 2–4 working days after escrow receipt. The buyer has 48 hours after delivery to test and either accept or reject the vehicle.
6. Rejection & refund
If the buyer rejects within the 48-hour window, the escrow agent refunds 100% of the purchase price the same day and the dealer collects the vehicle at its own cost.
7. Warranty
12-month warranty on engine, transmission and drivetrain at authorised EU workshops, in addition to statutory rights.
8. Final provisions
The law of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays unaffected.
